Only King's Banya sauna brooms are permitted. Outside brooms are not allowed. Bringing an outside broom results in a $50 cleaning / maintenance fee

$500 security deposit is required to secure your reservation
The deposit also serves as a cleaning / damage deposit and is returned the next day after inspection if everything is left in order
$200 of the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation or rescheduling
For cancellations less than 24 hours before the reservation, the entire $500 deposit is non-refundable
Primary guest is fully responsible for the entire group
Primary guest must arrive first and leave last
Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws
No illegal substances
If alcohol is brought, all responsibility for its use and legal compliance belongs entirely to the guests
Guests enter and use the property at their own risk
Owner is not liable for injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, guest conduct, or damages caused by guests
Security cameras are installed around the exterior perimeter. There are no cameras inside the building
